OUR SECTORS

Health Care

We have worked with Spire Cardiff Hospital over the years with various refurbishment works including a £2M Cath Lab refurbishment which was very successful.

Retail

We often work in Retail completing various strip outs, fit outs and refurbishment projects, for both incoming and outgoing Tenancies.

Local Government

We are very much involved in the Framework agreement with Mitie assisting their Facilities Management Team working in all of the Welsh Government and Assembly Buildings across Wales.

Education

We have worked for the local councils including Rhondda Cynon Taff CBC, Cardiff Council and Newport Council for over 20 years assisting them with their annual maintenance and refurbishment projects. We also assist them with new build extensions, roofing works and the like in various Schools, Colleges and Universities.

Local Authorities

We have worked closely over the years with various Local Authorities in South Wales. We have been apart of various projects that help rejuvenate our local communities in Wales and will continue to help where we can.

Breweries

We have worked closely with Brains Brewery since our inception in 1987 and continue to offer them our services in the Brewery Sector.

Welsh Assembly 

Welsh Assembly - we are very much involved in the Framework agreement with Mitie assisting their Facilities Management Team working in all of the Welsh Government and Assembly Buildings across Wales.

Residential

We have also completed many residential jobs such as decoration, refurbishment and extensions.
