Our client employed us to completely refurbish the interior and exterior of the centre court industrial units in Treforest Industrial Estate. This comprised a full refurbishment and fit out, flooring, plastering M&E, repair and redecoration works. On the industrial units we also replaced damage fire doors, roller shutters, aluminium doors and completed full concrete floor preparation and decoration.

Our Client, Admiral, employed us to complete a CAT B fit out to 6 floors of their new offices at Capital Quarter 3 building at the heart of Cardiff's Financial District. The works were completed in July 2019 to a high standard including full M&E package, joinery, ceilings, partitions, decorating and flooring.
